Brooke joined Commins Hendriks in 2022 as part of our dynamic litigation team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Charles Sturt University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Brooke graduated in February 2025 and was admitted to practice in July 2025.

Brooke works closely with Solicitor Director, Julianne Carroll, undertaking legal research and case preparation across a range of criminal and civil litigation matters, including Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders (ADVOs), traffic offences, police charges, and debt recovery claims. She also plays a key role in our Workers Compensation team, supporting clients through disputed claims for weekly benefits, treatment expenses and permanent impairment claims.
