No one likes to think about death, but have you considered what kind of disaster you would leave behind if you died without a valid Will?

At Commins Hendriks we can assist you to prepare a Will that makes sure all your assets are dealt with in the way that you would like.

A Will is not a succession plan. You may also need to consider:

  • The transfer of business assets
  • Pension planning
  • How to hold your home – joint tenants v tenants in common
  • Superannuation and Life Insurance
  • The tax effectiveness of your plan

It is also particularly important to review your Will on a regular basis. We suggest that you review your Will at least every five years and whenever your circumstances change.

To find out more about some of the issues to consider and to ensure your particular circumstances / requirements would be addressed, please access our Will Instruction Sheet which you can read through and fill out before coming in to see one of our specialised team.

For more details and assistance, please contact 1800 643 779 or a member of our specialised team.
