Compensation as a consequence of injury suffered as a victim of crime.

If you have a victim of crime and have been injured as a result of that criminal activity, you may be entitled to compensation under the Victims Compensation Act. You may also be entitled to be reimbursed for your expenses and lost wages.

We have experienced specialised practitioners who will work with you, investigate the circumstances of your injury and provide you with advice concerning your entitlement to compensation including for reimbursement of your loss of income, medical expenses and for care as well as any entitlement you may have for any future losses of income, treatment and pain and suffering.

We understand that after suffering permanent injury or disability this usually means you are unable to work or finances are tight and we therefore usually offer to undertake this work on a speculative basis (that is a no win/no fee basis) so you can avoid the added pressure of having to fund any claim for what you may be entitled to.

Generally strict time limits apply in relation to claims of this nature and you should therefore contact one of our specialists as soon as possible to discuss your rights and entitlements to avoid missing out.

For more details and assistance, please contact 1800 643 779 or a member of our specialised team.
