Amelia is a Riverina local who joined Commins Hendriks in 2018 as a legal assistant and was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2019. Amelia commenced practice in property and commercial law before expanding into personal injury and criminal law, supporting clients across the Riverina region.

Amelia works closely with Director Julianne Carroll and regularly appears in Local and District Courts throughout New South Wales. Amelia represents clients in criminal matters, traffic offences, and applications for Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders and Apprehended Personal Violence Orders, including defended hearings.

Amelia also acts for injured workers across regional New South Wales and has more than five years’ experience in personal injury matters, including public liability and complex medical negligence claims in the District Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Amelia is recognised for a considered and compassionate approach, assisting clients to understand their circumstances and guiding them through challenging periods with clarity and care.

Outside of her professional practice, Amelia enjoys spending time with family and embracing the lifestyle the Riverina has to offer.
