Winona Page is a Senior Associate Solicitor with a strong background in estate planning, deceased estate administration, and estate litigation. Winona also practices in commercial and property law.

Winona holds a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and is currently completing a Master of Applied Law majoring in Estates (expected 2025) with the College of Law. Winona is committed to further education and is currently undertaking further study with the Tax Institute in the areas of Superannuation and Capital Gains Tax.

Winona’s practice includes estate planning with a focus on farming and business succession, complex deceased estate matters, and general commercial and property transactions. She has worked extensively with farming families with experience across both New South Wales and Victoria.  Winona has represented clients in Supreme Court proceedings involving Family Provision Claims, Promissory Estoppel, removal of executors, and personal injury litigation. Prior to her current role, she led an estates team and continues to be actively involved in community and pro bono initiatives.
