Melanie joined Commins Hendriks in 2025 as a Law Graduate after completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of New England and was admitted to practice in March 2025.

While she commenced with Commins Hendriks working alongside Solicitor Director John Potter on a range of litigation matters, including medical negligence, Melanie’s strong interest in property and wills and estates law—sparked during her early career experience—has since led her to work closely with Solicitor Director Tammy Holzheimer in one of our busy property teams.

Melanie brings a practical and enthusiastic approach to her work and is committed to building strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable support. She is excited to continue growing her career with Commins Hendriks and contributing to the firm’s longstanding tradition of delivering quality legal services to the community.
