Allison Clark

Biography

Allison joined Commins Hendriks Solicitors in November 2020 as a Senior Associate as part of the expansion of the Canberra office.

Allison has extensive experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on commercial and contractual disputes, debt recovery and personal injury litigation.  Allison also has experience in administrative and public law. 

Prior to joining Commins Hendriks, Allison spent a number of years in Canberra acting for victims of institutional child abuse before spending three years in Darwin working at a national top tier law firm in their litigation team. 

Allison has represented and advised individual, corporate and Government clients from small debt collection claims to large scale and complex multimillion-dollar claims.  Allison has conducted civil proceedings across Australia including in the Supreme Court, Magistrates/Local Court and the Civil and Administrative Tribunal.  She has also appeared as solicitor-advocate in hearings in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.

She holds a Bachelor of Law, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Master of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
