Rob has practised for more than 33 years. He has extensive experience in representing and advising clients, employers, farmers, Councils, commercial property owners and disadvantaged persons in a variety of litigation issues. He is acknowledged as one of the Riverina's leading litigators. He is particularly recognised for his experience in mediation matters. He has acted in many high profile and complex litigation cases including the claims arising out of regional bushfire cases. He has also undertaken litigation matters involving farm debt mediation matters for both farmers and lenders including Landmark and Elders.
Rob also has significant experience in advising Councils in matters relating to code of conduct issues, often mediating resolutions. He is the client liaison contact for the Council of the City of Wagga Wagga whom he represents and advises on various statutes controlled by Council such as EPA Act, Local Government Act, Traffic, Food and Companion to Animals Acts.
Rob has extensive experience acting in special inquiries. He has advised clients prosecuted by Workcover. He has appeared and represented parties at Coronial Inquests.
Rob is a past Committee member of the Commercial Response Committee reporting to Council, a past president and secretary of the South West Slopes Law Society and a member of the NSW Law Society and a past president of Relationships Australia.
Rob holds a Diploma of Law and commenced with the Firm in 1981. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1977 and is admitted to practice in NSW and the Federal Court including the High Court of Australia.
