Maryanne has been with Commins Hendriks since 2000 and is a Licensed Conveyancer working with the conveyancing and property team.

Maryanne has extensive knowledge of the conveyancing and settlement process in NSW. Her experience means she ensures smooth and seamless conveyancing procedures from exchange of contracts through to finalising settlement. Maryanne provides her clients with outstanding service and is committed to ensuring that her clients know what is happening with their purchase or sale at all times.

Maryanne also has a very busy Builder/Developer client base and works closely with her clients to deliver prompt, effective, no nonsense results.

Maryanne's area of expertise include sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties. Maryanne also has extensive experience in the preparation of security documents, attending settlements and reporting.
