      Biography

      Erin is a solicitor who specializes in commercial law and commercial transactions. Erin has worked with individual and corporate clients at all levels.

      Erin began working at Commins Hendriks in 2004 as part of the Law Clerk Program and completed her Bachelor of Laws during which se has awarded the University Prize for Taxation Law. Erin was admitted to practice in 2007. In 2008 Erin travelled overseas for eighteen months to work in London before returning to Commins Hendriks in late 2009.

      Whilst in London, Erin worked for Clifford Chance and the Financial Services Authority gaining valuable experience. During her time in London Erin worked within a legal team providing advice on all aspects of banking regulation, including insurance, asset management and financial markets.

      At her time at Commins Hendriks, Erin has had significant exposure to agribusiness, retail banking, corporate banking, contracting, transaction management, corporate communication and legal research. Erin worked with a legal team that acted on behalf of an iconic agribusiness bank, providing advice on loan documentation, commercial structures, tax and duties, risk management, changes in financial legislation and resolving commercial disputes. Erin has advised on risks and made recommendations on risk mitigation strategies from a legal perspective.

      Erin currently advises and prepares documents on behalf of a $35 million dollar retirement village in the Riverina.

      In October 2010, Commins Hendriks released a major reference Guide - "A Guide for Business". Erin has been a major author of this publication.
