Phillip has been involved in Education and Business Management for more than 30 years. He joined Commins Hendriks in 2004 bringing experience in administration, operations and project management. Phillip's role is one of planning, coordination and management of the daily operations of the Company.

Phillip's responsibilities include administration, information technology, accounting and finance, office management, human resources, marketing and liaising with the Directors ensuring that they are kept informed of all the relevant information pertinent to the efficient running of the Company.

He plays a key role in the strategic planning and organisational development of Commins Hendriks as well as in the facilitiation of risk management strategies pertinent to legal services.

Phillip is the Secretary of Commins Hendriks Pty Ltd, a past committee member of the Commercial Response Committee reporting to Wagga Wagga City Council, he is a current Director of the Wagga Wagga RSL Club and a member of the Institute of Company Directors.
