Courtney commenced work with Commins Hendriks in 2004 as a Law Clerk. She completed her Diploma of Law over the following four years, whilst working full time with the Firm, rotating through different Departments and gaining invaluable experience in a borad range of legal practice areas.

Courtney was admitted as a Solicitor in 2008 and is recognised as an extremely capable young lawyer. She currently works in the area of Health Law, Litigation and Compensation Law, but has extensive experience in Criminal Law and Family Provision Act claims.

Courtney has recently returned from a career break which allowed her the opportunity to study Italian whilst living and working in Italy.

Courtney holds a Diploma of Law, is admitted to practice in NSW and the Federal Court including the High Court of Australia.
