Tammy leads a young energetic property commercial group. She provides advice on a broad range of general legal matters for private, commercial and local government entities, and rural businesses and clients.

Tammy is recognised as a practitioner who can deal with the most complex of matters, always responding swiftly and being very aware of the constraints of her clients. Tammy is committed to being accessible every day of the week. Tammy has a very practical, no fuss approach to providing advice and has the ability to deliver it in Plain English.

Tammy advises businesses, individuals and local councils on a broad range of commercial issues, including property related transactions, property development, taxation issues, business structures and commercial contracts, and transactions generally.

Tammy has presented seminars and workshops to many different groups throughout NSW on topics such as Succession Planning, business structures and tips for business owners. Tammy's practical and Plain English approach means farming families and business people from a broad range of backgrounds can rely on her practical and sound advice.

In 2010, Commins Hendriks has released two major reference Guides - "Succession Planning for Farmers and Small Businesses" and "A Guide for Business". Tammy has been a major author of both these publications.

Tammy holds a BA (Hons) ANU and a BLaws (Hons) ANU and commenced with the Firm in 2002. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2003 and was made a Director of Commins Hendriks in 2009.
