Following the decision of the NSW government to restrict workers rights (unless you are a coal miner) and have them determined by administrative bodies and insurers implementing their dogma that country employers and farmers are better serviced by city based panels of part time employees, Ian has concentrated his efforts in providing practical advice to commercial clients, dispute resolution and service to those described as "the ageing".
