Kate has worked at Commins Hendriks in our Ganmain office since the early 1980's. Kate fulfils the role of Ganmain Office Manager and is a licensed conveyancer and now provides advice on a broad range of property related matters for individuals, businesses and Local Government.

Kate is recognised as someone who can deal with the most complex property matters, overcoming difficulties in order to get the job done in the most practical and timely manner. Kate is involved in the settlement of many property transactions and has extensive experience in dealing with the issues that may arise; working with clients and financiers to prevent those issues arising; and working with clients closely to ensure that property transactions proceed smoothly.
